My career has developed where technology, operations, and commercial strategy meet. I am interested in building businesses that can grow without losing sight of sound economics, service quality, or the people who make the operation possible.
I have worked across different parts of the ecosystem—from ecommerce and supply chain to commercial leadership and general management. That perspective helps me connect decisions that are often viewed in isolation.
Beyond operations, teaching challenges me to think clearly. Sharing ideas, developing talent, and continuing to learn are all part of the same leadership practice.
